An overgrown Landings landscape, devoid of maintenance and cut off from the marsh, was transformed through selective clearing and pruning. Tree root zones were protected during the course of demolition and native top soils and compost were brought in to all sodden areas. A tasteful and appropriate plant pallet was incorporated to emphasize the architecture of the home.
